The challenge
What needed to change
Apoti Development Association needed a clearer digital foundation for donor trust, impact reporting, and future content management. The existing website contained contradictory impact numbers and was drifting toward an infrastructure setup that would be heavier than a small nonprofit should have to operate. The important work was to separate verified public information from claims requiring leadership review, then design a platform the organization could afford and maintain.
Our solution
How we approached it
We reviewed the existing site, organized the content into verified facts and review-required claims, and designed a rebuild plan around a low-cost, editor-friendly architecture. The plan covers public pages, CMS schemas, donation tiers, project updates, impact stories, annual reports, financial transparency content, contact details, privacy/legal needs, email, analytics, and a deployment model based on free or nonprofit-friendly tiers. The result is a credible path from scattered content to a maintainable donor-facing platform.
